Above is my updated project plan. The biggest change this reflects is my decision to start with the Rural Design Studio brand platform, rather than the website prototype. I am still sticking with the idea that the baseline for my website will be a Figma prototype, and the ideal an actual live and developed website. This is something I’m having a hard time assessing how much time I’ll need, especially since I want to simultaneously have some other collateral created, at minimum, a diner menu of services.
My project deliverables haven’t changed too much. I already have some of the supporting materials done, so I am keeping the rest of this as is. Also, based on user feedback, the general pages structure above as a starting point also still feels correct. I changed some of the language for my brand platform.
The biggest thing I worked on this week, in additional to compiling and reviewing user feedback and reviewing and updating my project plan, was making final adjustments to my brand platform based on user feedback. I also started gathering more source inspiration for my website and menu design.
