I was lucky enough to meet Isa through her friend Beau. We took their photos together, and I would love to normalize senior sessions with your best friend; you have a built-in smile prompter at the ready. We went to their favorite spot in the Saint Paul Public Library — the art, music, and design section (also my favorite) — and right away I knew these were the high schoolers I would have wanted to hang out with.
Isa has a warm, friendly, and calm personality, paired with quiet confidence and effortless cool-girl style. She always had a laugh at the ready, even when standing in the negative temps in tights on a Minnesota January afternoon. When it started snowing toward the end of our shoot, her on-point black beret and leather jacket caught the flakes in the best kind of way for photos.
