‘Tis the season for arb walks with those you love! This is one of my favorite families, and photographing them in one of my favorite places was the best way to kick off fall.
It’s amazing how much happens between years one and two. Lena was comfortable running on her own, chatting a bit more, and very curious about the flowers. But, she was still happiest when cuddled close to mom and dad.
After a cloudy day, the sky opened up and gave us all kinds of lens flair and golden prairie backlight. The goldenrods were fading and shadows stretching. My cheeks are just recovering from hours of beaming while I worked through these.
